  • Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to reasons beyond our control, such as technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you have made duplicate payments for the same service in error.

2. Refund Requests (only in case of Duplicate Payments)

  • Details of the both payments for which you are requesting a refund
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence, if applicable

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and determine whether you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in this policy. If your request is approved or in case of Service Unavailability, we will process the refund within 7 days of approval or determining the unavailability of service.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment processor.


4. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services may be non-refundable. These include:

  • Services that have been completed or delivered.
  • Services that have been partially completed or where work has already commenced.
  • Customized or personalized services that cannot be resold or reused.
